**Job Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Help to facilitate project risk management and risk mitigation at project start up as well as construction budget review.
- Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to establish the Master Schedule.
- Coordinates and supervises all site construction activities.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- Inspect the work on continuing and regular bases to ensure compliance with the drawings, specifications and good building practices.
- Maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Understands the project plans, specifications and completes Superintendent Drawings on all new projects.
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
- Prepares, schedules and supervises completion of final deficiency’s, occupancy and project closes out.
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immediately.
- Ensures all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy.
- Maintains an organized job site, including the construction office.
- Analyzes problems and makes sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and costs set by the company.
- Assist in monthly forecasting of general conditions and labor on site.
- Provides a weekly linear tracking update based on project status.
- Assist is shop drawing review and field drawings as required by the construction management team.
- Work to implement and monitors the weekly production schedules to assist the Project Manager in schedule control.
- Manage foreman site meetings as necessary based on the project requirements.
- Review drawings for construction detailing, construct-ability, economy, and long term durability. Deficiencies, errors and concerns should be discussed with the Project Manager and then brought to the attention of the consultants.
- Help implement, monitor and review a quality control system.
- Help maintain and monitor as built construction drawings via RFI & SI updates.
- Keep a daily diary of work, safety and visitors to the job site on an ongoing bases.

This benefit program is shared on a 50/50 split basis and deducted accordingly from each pay period.

We will provide you with a company cell phone and laptop.

Pay: $70,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
