**Mechanical-Electrical MEP Superintendent**

Our client, a well-established company that has specialized in the field of construction as a general contractor for nearly 45 years and whose head office is in Montreal, is currently looking for a MEP Mechanical-Electrical Superintendent for the Greater Region. from Montreal.

**Reporting directly to the General Superintendent and Project Manager, the responsibilities of the MEP Mechanical-Electrical Superintendent are as follows**:

- Supervision and quality control of MEP works.
- Monitor the project schedule.
- Communication with Professionals.
- Preparation of MEP QRTs and follow-up.
- Manage the preparation of MEP coordination plans. (Revit experience would be an asset)
- Make Daily log for MEP subcontractor.
- Follow up on CNESST regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of MEP guidelines.
- Maintain constant communication with the project manager, team members, subcontractors and personal site.

(MEP = Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

**Skills and experience required**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as Mechanical-Electrical MEP Superintendent.
- Adequate verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Understanding of the procedures, duties and responsibilities of a construction superintendent.
- Contribution to RRSP.
- Training and development plan.
- Performance bonuses.
