Elias Custom Metal Fabrication Ltd. is an industry leader in custom metal fabrication. Our full-service range of in-house experts has allowed us to excel in the production of high-end retail fixtures & displays, electrical enclosures and custom commercial industrial and architectural work.

We are currently looking for an experienced **JR Quality Manager **to join our organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and evaluate their efficacy
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative activities
- Support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards, industry regulatory requirements, company policies and ISO 9001
- Document quality control activities
- Maintain a high degree of communication and documentation with the team and Management
- Other related duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 1-year experience in a Quality Control role required
- 1-year experience in a Quality Assurance role required
- At least 1-year experience in a Metal Manufacturing environment is a must
- Technical knowledge and/or experience with various types of metal
- Technical knowledge and/or experience with various types of machinery (laser cutting, brake forming, welding, polishing, etc.)
- Previous ISO 9001 experience
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills (written & verbal)
