As a member of our Data Science team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams whose goal is to constantly improve our games, the player experience, and our internal processes. You will also contribute to the development of data science at Behaviour Interactive by independently carrying out a project from start to finish, from the ideation phase to deployment, while collaborating on various team projects (e.g., machine learning, statistical modeling, NLP, and simulations). As such, you will touch on a multitude of data science topics and your work will have a long-term impact by providing the team with tools to face real-world challenges. Are you game?

**In this role you will**:

- Develop mathematics-based computer models and scripts in Python;
- Discuss with internal partners to identify challenges and develop solutions;
- Provide support (ideas, feedback, validation) for projects of other data scientists on the team;
- Collaborate with data developers on model deployment (automation) and organize follow-ups;
- Organize the sustainability of the project with training and documentation.

**What we're looking for**:

- Training in data science or programming;
- Experience in Python and SQL coding (R is a plus);
- Experience in machine learning and statistical modeling projects;
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to collaborate with partners from different fields;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Interest in video games, as well as the gaming industry and its challenges, a plus.

**Dans ce role, vous devrez**:

- Développer des modèles et des scripts informatiques basés sur les mathématiques dans Python.
- Discuter avec des partenaires à l’interne pour identifier les défis et élaborer des solutions.
- Donner du support (idées, feedback, validation) sur les projets des autres Scientifiques de données de l’équipe.
- Collaborer avec les Développeurs de Données pour le déploiement du model (automatisation) et organiser un suivi.
- Organiser la pérennité du projet avec de la formation et de la documentation.

**Ce que nous recherchons**:

- Formation dans le domaine de la science des données ou en programmation;
- Expérience en codage Python et SQL (R est un plus);
- Expérience sur des projet d’apprentissage automatique et de modélisation statistique;
- Curiosité et capacité à résoudre des problèmes;
- Capacité à collaborer avec des partenaires de différents domaines;
- Compétences interpersonnelles et savoir communiquer;
- Intérêt pour les jeux vidéo, ainsi que pour l'industrie du jeu vidéo et ses enjeux, est un plus.

Faire partie de l’équipe de la science des données te donnera l’opportunité de collaborer avec des équipes interdisciplinaires dont l’objectif est de constamment améliorer nos jeux, l’expérience des joueurs et nos processus internes. Tu vas contribuer au développement de la science des données chez Behaviour en réalisant, de façon autonome, un projet du début (idéation) à la fin (déploiement), tout en collaborant sur divers projets de l’équipe (ex.: apprentissage automatique, modélisation statistique, NLP et simulations). Bref, tu toucheras à toute sorte de sujets et ton travail aura un impact à long term sur nos produits. Es-tu game ?
