**Some Responsibilities**
- Record, track, and escalate incidents via our ticketing system
- Configure and image workstations, laptops and other computing equipment as required
- Setup new user accounts and configure the required hardware
- Configure/support printers, copiers, IP Phones and various other peripheral devices
- Coordinate with the IT team on issues requiring escalation
- Support mobile devices
- Assist in special projects as required
- Provide exceptional service to all departments using available resources while meeting set SLA’s
- Provide escalation support to the team as required
- Document technical procedures for new technologies, as well as update and maintain existing technical documentation
- Support the network infrastructure (WAN/LAN)

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education required or equivalent (IT preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in: basic hardware (desktop/laptop) troubleshooting; Microsoft Windows and Office troubleshooting; Apple (macOS and iOS) troubleshooting
- VPN and remote user connectivity

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Attention to detail and commitment to a high degree of accuracy
- Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on the severity
- Ability to support end-users using different methodologies (phone, in person, web)
- Understand the importance of good customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to work courteously and effectively with all end-users
- Creativity and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of change and ambiguity is critical

**Requirement**:

- University or College student in a co-op/internship program
- Ontario G/G2 License and a car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $300.00-$1,500.00 per month
