We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our production team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of high-quality eLearning solutions using Articulate Storyline.

**What will you do?**
- Oversee all Storyline development work from start to finish, including slide and scene setup, user interface, audio and video timing, interactive activities, assessments, and publishing.
- Communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with instructional designers and production team members to understand the scope, learning objectives, and requirements of each project.
- Create project estimates, plans, and timelines to ensure efficient execution of development tasks.
- Track progress on all tasks and ensure that they are completed within the agreed timeframe.
- Review and test all content to verify that it meets required instructional, technical, creative, and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and address any delays or issues that arise during the development process.
- Recommend visual and functional approaches from the proposal stage to project completion.
- Mentor and motivate the production team to encourage creativity, problem-solving, best practices, and attention to detail.
- Conduct performance reviews and set performance standards and goals with each team member.
- Organize and maintain project-related files and documents, including design documents, course materials, multimedia assets, plans and schedules, and other related documentation.
- Research and implement technological advancements and trends in eLearning development.

**What skills will you bring?**
- Post-secondary degree in digital media, educational technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in eLearning development using Articulate Storyline.
- 1+ year of team management experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Articulate Storyline and its full range of features and functionalities.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Proven leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members to perform their best.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, organize, and execute projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders, and clearly convey ideas and feedback.
- Familiarity with disciplines in end-to-end digital production, including pre-visualization, graphic design, animation, audio and video production, and interactive design.
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review content for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently legally eligible to work in Canada.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
