**Why join our Program manager, Displays and Sensors' team?**:
As a Program Manager for our Sector Displays and Sensors, you report to a Product Manager, Displays and Sensors. You will be accountable for the overall schedule, budget and execution of the program, in accordance with the policies and practices of the company, as well as the laws, regulations and administrative ruling of governmental organizations.

**As a Program Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for Programs’ budgets, schedule and execution;
- Leads and drives all engineering activities related to the programs through the Project Engineer and Engineering Manager;
- Tracks the progress of the programs toward customer deliverables (Non Reccuring Engineering NRE or hardware);
- Identifies and mitigates program risks; takes corrective actions with engineering and operations as challenges arise;
- Ensures all customer dependencies are provided in a timely manner for program execution;
- Responsible for driving and maintaining the schedule of program milestones;
- Plans programs with the necessary timelines to effectively execute engineering and related operations;
- Manages/coordinates subcontracts with the Contract Manager, including subcontracts with NRE;
- Works closely with Quality/SQA to meet the needs of the program;
- Interfaces with customers on program status such as leading milestone review meetings;
- Maintains customer satisfaction and reports any customer issues to upper management;
- Supports all aspects of proposal estimate including engineering estimates, subcontracts, factory costs and vendor NREs.

**To join our team, you must hold**:

- Bachelor degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent;
- At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in development, production or avionics system support;
- Member of the OIQ;
- MBA is an asset;
- Strong knowledge in electronic system development with software components;
- Knowledge of project/program planning and execution;
- Excellent writing skills to interface with internal/external support groups;
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills;
- Ability to manage various stakeholders and multidisciplinary engineering activities;
- Bilingual in French and English, as well as the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
