**ABOUT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES**

IT proudly provides the computer systems, security, IT services and governance that support AGLC’s businesses, including the operation & support of mission critical gaming, liquor and corporate systems running on a variety of computing platforms. IT ensures the stability and performance of a Local/Wide Area Network, which supports over 1,200 gaming locations and more than 2,000 computers/tablets, 150 physical and 2,000 virtual servers distributed across six corporate offices, casinos, RECs and bingo halls. IT provides leadership in the use of information technology, data and systems to help the AGLC achieve business goals and objectives.

The Digital Analyst will play a pivotal role in the M365 and SharePoint modernization initiatives through guiding the development and management of process automation, workflow, virtual agents, and more using the Power Platform. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives, provide direction, and contribute to the creation of our M365 and SharePoint vision and roadmap. - Turning requirements into solutions
- Designing and enforcing standards and governance
- Monitoring progress, managing risk and confirming key stakeholders are kept informed about workplan progress
- Troubleshooting issues, managing change requests, and maintaining the overall health of the Power Platform

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**

The following are required:

- A University Degree in IT or a related field
- Two (2) years' experience working as a Microsoft Application Owner or Application Administrator
- Experience working on technical projects related to the M365 Power Platform or SharePoint

The following equivalencies will be considered:

- Minimum of a Diploma in a computer science or related technology focused discipline and 4 years of experience. Preference will be given to individuals who have led projects.
- Minimum of a Certificate in a computer science or related technology focused discipline and 5 years of experience. Preference will be given to individuals who have led projects.

**NOTE**:

- To be eligible to work for AGLC, you must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or eligible to work in Canada.
- As a condition of employment, you will be required to obtain a satisfactory security clearance and clean drivers abstract (if necessary) p
