We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Drone Photographer to join our team. As a Real Estate Drone Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing stunning aerial images and videos of various properties, using drone technology to provide a unique perspective that will enhance our property marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate drones and capture high-quality aerial images and videos of properties, including residential, commercial, and land properties
- Plan and execute drone flights in compliance with aviation regulations and safety guidelines
- Ensure proper camera settings, composition, and lighting for optimal image quality
- Use post-processing software to edit and enhance images and videos
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to understand project requirements
- Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results consistently
- Maintain and troubleshoot drone equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in real estate drone photography

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Drone Photographer with a strong portfolio of previous work
- Proficiency in operating drones and using aerial photography/videography equipment
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety guidelines, including holding a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or equivalent) in the United States
- Strong skills in image composition, lighting, and post-processing using software such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with real estate agents and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various locations for drone operations
