Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Supervise and train retail staff to deliver outstanding performance
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Educate customers on cannabis products and how to safely consume cannabis
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for business growth
- Organize, receive and categorize cannabis products and accessories
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained on a daily basis
- Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under
- Abide by all company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and management
- Capable of heavy lifting and moving merchandise when necessary
- Proficient in computer operations for inventory management and sales tracking
- Experience in cash handling and familiarity with office procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory counts, sales reports, and financial transactions
- 3-5 years of experience in a retail setting is preferred
- Valid Cannsell Cannabis Retail Certification
- A clean criminal background check from local authorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a team player
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
- Availability for shift work any time between 9 to 11 pm, Monday to Sunday
- Basic skills in math and proficiency as a cashier
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and accessories is an asset
- Personal connection to the community is an asset
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable access to Vehicle preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
