**Harbour Foundations Ltd** is looking for reliable formwork foreman. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the responsibilities of the Concrete Working Foreman include:

- Overseeing site productivity
- Working alongside site foreman, concrete form workers, finishers, & labourers to ensure that work is completed as per project specs and company standards.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work with Project Superintendant
- Direct and supervise work of assigned crew to meet daily schedule and production
- Daily assessment of work and site conditions, delegate to workers before every shift
- Ensure workers are fully qualified to perform assigned duties
- Ensure all materials and tools required to do the job is available to the workers
- Supervise, mentor and coach personnel as it relates to company policies, procedures, and work requirements, help them when needed
- Ensure quality and productive work is done while adhering to all health & safety requirements
- Understand the project schedule and adjust daily work to meet schedule
- Assemble, erect, and dismantle forming system at construction sites per drawings and specification
- Inspect all formwork before placing concrete
- Daily paper work to be filled out and handed in to office (time sheets, incidents, etc.)
- Present regular safety toolbox meetings (ensure sign off is completed)
- Maintain a high level of safety and ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures for personnel
- Attend job site coordination meetings at the request of the Operations Manager
- Review project work flows and staffing necessary (a couple weeks out) with Operations Manager to facilitate the scheduling of deliveries

**Requirements include**:

- Knowledge in concrete and formwork related tasks
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in using PERI form system, including double sided, single sided and fly forms
- Valid driver’s license with access to vehicle
- Willing to travel between different sites when necessary
- Able to work some overtime as required
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

**License /Certification (some training can be provided)**:

- WHMIS 2015 Certification
- Fall arrest
- First Aid
- Other training certificates are considered an asset
- Leadership for safety excellence

**Salary**: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
