We are a locally owned and operated appliance and mattress store. We service and sell parts for all makes and models. Conveniently located in downtown Charlottetown for over 30 years. We have become the source for over 40 different brands of appliances in which we service within our own parts & service department. Throughout the past 30 years, we have grown to specialize in appliances, mattresses, and, of course, customer service.
- **Job Summary**:_

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Appliance Parts and Service Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their appliance parts and service inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery options
- Assist customers in troubleshooting appliance issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Maintain customer records and update the database with relevant information
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
- **Qualifications**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the appliance industry or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work well under pressure
- Positive and professional attitude with a customer-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
