- Assist with configuring user accounts, permissions and passwords
- Continuously monitor performance of systems
- Timely escalation of critical issues
- Provide technical support to end users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported through helpdesk management system
- Assist with Windows and Android device updates, upgrades and roll outs
- Maintain and repair endpoint systems and printers
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications & Proficiencies**:

- Must be fluent in English, both oral and written, French language fluency considered a strong asset
- Post-Secondary graduate of a Computer Systems Technician program or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience providing IT support to end users is an asset
- Previous experience supporting Microsoft Windows Software is an asset
- Ability to work flexible work schedule to accommodate server maintenance/updates
