**Position**:Handwork Technician/Polisher
**Reports to**:Handroom Leader
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of components for handwork
- Handwork and polishing of required components
- Completing work to specified polishing level
**Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:
- Knowledge of tool build
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong spotting ability
