From made from scratch, everyday staples to elevated artisan specialties with ever changing flavors, Gather Bakery is conveniently located in the downtown core of beautiful Spruce Grove, right on Hwy 16A and just a short 15 min drive from Edmonton. We have a passion for delivering superior made from scratch products from our kitchen to gather families around the kitchen table.

We are looking for a full time and part time Bakers who will be responsible for delivering our incredible recipes. Other positions available include customer support, as well as part time positions.

Qualifications:

- General knowledge of mixing and bakery production
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to comfortably lift 30-50 pounds
- Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi task and maintain focus
- Maintain a safe work environment according to provincial regulation
- Must have flexible work availability, including early mornings

Responsibilities include:

- Prepare and bake dough and batters for bread, rolls and a large variety of other sweet goods
- Make icings and frostings according to recipes and ice, dip, or decorate appropriate products
- Adjust recipes for specialty customer orders.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Have attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide support to the whole bakery team, demonstrate team work and foster good working relationships.
- Self motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
