Concord Shading Systems is a leading fabrictor and installer of motorized and manual blinds and motorized screens. The company was established 40 years ago and has become a known name for fabricating A-frame blinds and creating unique window covering solutions.

Skills and Experience
- 3 - 8 years of custom fabrication across building material, window covering, woodworking or metal industries
- Must be able to think creatively to solve problems related to specific projects and company products
- Willingness to learn and be challenged
- Experience working with power tools
- Ability to follow processes safely and accurately

Job responsibilities
- Measuring and cutting of different metal components, including brackets and endcaps
- Assisting the Lead Specialty Fabricator in fabricating specialty blinds, including bottom-up A-frame ; cutting fabric
- Testing A-frame products by installing in the fabrication facility with the Lead Specialty Fabricator
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s products, parts and components and motors

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
