Concrete Foreman

H&H Construction is currently recruiting for experienced, motivated, and reliable Concrete Forman.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications and current construction practices
- 3 years minimum foreman’s experience with Concrete Works
- Will be reporting to a Superintendent
- Must have leadership, planning and motivational skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise crew in all works of concrete ( sidewalks, curbs, gutters)
- Safety
- maintain safe and compliant worksites for all workers in accordance with company safety policies and legislation
- Complete required documentation including hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and inspections.
- Quality
- previous experience as laborer and cement finisher
- Ability to ensure work is being done correctly to specifications and standards.
- Other position related tasks as required
- Mentor and train new and returning workers
