**What Does a (General Laborer) Do?**

Laborers play an important role in providing adequate manpower required for a physical project. They are proficient in the operation and maintenance of various equipment/tools. A motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork.
- Health and safety policies, regulations, and procedures (written and verbal) are followed at all times.
- Act respectfully towards others, and work in a team environment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Use company assets (e.g., tools) in a safe and respectful manner.
- Complete QC checks on all products.
- Ensures work activities are performed in accordance with Corporate Safety policies, regulations and procedures.
- Read drawings and check part tolerance using measuring equipment.
- Assemble components into assemblies.
- Performing other tasks, as assigned and deemed safe by the supervisor or designate, that may or may not be in your area of work.
- Adhering to the non-disclosure agreement.

**What Qualifications Do We Look For?**

1. High School education and experience in manufacturing, production. Previous experience with small tools, grinders, saws and can use various basic shop equipment required.

2. WHMIS 2015 Certification required.

3. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

4. Excellent problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail and precision.
