We are recruiting for Floral Field Merchandisers to work on a project basis within a designated region on behalf of growers as the need arises (most often seasonally) to merchandise product, gather feedback, interact & engage with store staff and provide product knowledge to customers in order to drive sales.

- lifestyle fit and enjoy working flexible schedules on various programs & projects during different times of the year
- floral or plant variety knowledge
- strong customer service skills
- personable and can easily build strong relationships
- keen to learn new information quickly
- able to multi task
- efficient in time management
- troubleshoot and problem solving ability
- merchandising or retail experience
- access to a cell phone with data for online reporting
- have the ability to travel to multiple locations as needed within 30mins
- 1 hr of your home base
- This region includes Nanaimo & Duncan locations

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal, Freelance

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
