**Summary**:
Electricians install and repair wiring, electrical devices, lighting systems, control devices, and related equipment in buildings and facilities on a mining site. They may work in workshops and interact with various trades during their workday, as part of multidisciplinary teams, requiring versatility. Tasks may include installing and connecting electrical lines or maintaining the electrical circuits of conveyors. They are capable of installing, handling, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of electrical and industrial equipment, including those incorporating the latest automation technologies used in the mining industry. They may also be solely responsible for handling and troubleshooting certain electrical devices, holding necessary certifications.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently and timely execute electrician functions.
- Address control and instrumentation issues by adjusting parameters or modifying plant PLC programs.
- Work with power equipment up to 600 volts.
- Install and maintain various electrical components and devices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for production roles.
- Meet safety standards and regulatory compliance for all tasks.
- Fulfill tasks within the allotted time while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Maintain effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with company personnel and leadership.
- Maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and subcontractors, upholding the company’s professional reputation.
- Report significant issues and activities to the supervisor, identify problems, and suggest solutions.
- Participate in committees and training sessions to update technical knowledge as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- DES or equivalent educational level.
- Hold a Class C electrician’s license.
- Hold a (A1) or (A2) RBQ license.
- Accumulate more than 5000 hours of trade experience.
- Must be able to speak both French and English fluently

**Experience**:

- From 0 to 6 months of work in a factory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in French & English

**Résumé**:

Leurs tâches peuvent inclure l'installation et la connexion de lignes électriques ou la maintenance des circuits électriques des convoyeurs. Ils sont capables d'installer, de manipuler, de réparer et de maintenir une gamme diversifiée d'équipements électriques et industriels, y compris ceux intégrant les dernières technologies d'automatisation utilisées dans l'industrie minière. Ils peuvent également être les seuls responsables de la manipulation et du dépannage de certains dispositifs électriques, possédant les certifications nécessaires.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Exécuter efficacement et en temps opportun les fonctions d'électricien.
- Gérer les problèmes de contrôle et d'instrumentation en ajustant les paramètres ou en modifiant les programmes des automates de l'usine.
- Travailler avec des équipements électriques jusqu'à 600 volts.
- Installer et maintenir divers composants et dispositifs électriques.
- Respecter les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise pour les rôles de production.
- Respecter les normes de sécurité et les conformités réglementaires pour toutes les tâches.
- Accomplir les tâches dans les délais impartis tout en maintenant un environnement de travail propre et sécurisé.
- Maintenir une communication, une coordination et des relations de travail efficaces avec le personnel de l'entreprise et la direction.
- Entretenir des relations de travail harmonieuses avec les collègues et les sous-traitants, en préservant la réputation professionnelle de l'entreprise.
- Signaler les problèmes et les activités significatifs au superviseur, identifier les problèmes et proposer des solutions.
- Participer aux comités et aux sessions de formation pour mettre à jour les connaissances techniques selon les besoins.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes selon les besoins.
