Restoration/renovation

CT Property Services is an expanding property maintenance company located in Chilliwack, BC. We currently service Commercial and Residential properties, as well as Strata and Property Management companies across the Fraser Valley.

CT Properties is currently seeking hard working individuals with general construction experience. Job duties include but are not limited to:

- Completing repairs for rental/strata properties ect
- Emergency restoration repairs
- Painting and drywall services - Preference will be given to those with these skills
- Residential and Commercial renovations
- Electrical and plumbing
- Fence installation/repair
- Deck repairs
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Must be able to use hand tools
- Must have some construction knowledge and experience
- Must be able to read a measuring tape
- Valid driver’s license
- Produce a clean driving record
- Flexible availability
- Able to lift items up to 50lbs
- Competitive wages based on experience.
- Company vehicle provided after time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Construction: 4 years (required)
- Renovation: 4 years (required)
