**Wages**:$19-21 per hour

**YOU WOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Learn from our Director of Food & Beverage and Banquet Sous Chef to advance your culinary and hospitality career
- Support in the preparation and execution of the banquet service for all events at the C Hotel, including weddings, corporate, social, and even celebrity events; maintaining product consistency of seasonings, portioning, and appearance of food
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Participate in the production and plating of all food service areas
- Take proactive efforts to minimize waste and maximize quality

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Safe Food Handlers Certification an asset
- 1 years’ experience in a culinary position as a prep, line or banquet cook preferred
- Experience in the catering or event industry an asset
- Team oriented and willing to learn
- Positive, outgoing, and friendly team member
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
