**Responsibilities**:

- Build sales by maintaining a consumer centric mindset and using selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
- Ensure the store is consistently recovered and consumer ready by meeting brand standards.

**Qualifications**:

**Hiring Range**: $12.20 CAD - $18.30 CAD per hour
**Minimum Start Rate**: $16.55

Although all positions have a hiring range based upon market data, this position has a minimum starting rate that is listed above. In determining the specific compensation for this position, we comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
