LIEU DU POSTE:
Le BSIF souhaite offrir de la flexibilité à son personnel et créer un milieu de travail productif, stimulant, collaboratif et inclusif, tout en favorisant le bien-être des employés. À ce titre, le BSIF expérimente un modèle de travail hybride (combinaison de télétravail et de travail au bureau) qui permettra de définir ses nouvelles normes sur l’utilisation des espaces de travail communs et d’établir de nouveaux modes de collaboration. Ce modèle sera ajusté à la lumière des leçons tirées.
Le bureau d’attache du titulaire est situé à Toronto. Toutefois, la personne retenue pourrait être autorisée à travailler au bureau de Toronto, de Montréal, d’Ottawa ou de Vancouver.

Le Bureau du surintendant des institutions financières (BSIF) est un organisme fédéral indépendant qui réglemente et surveille plus de 400 institutions financières fédérales et 1 200 régimes de retraite pour déterminer s’ils sont en bonne santé financière. Dans l’exécution de son mandat, le BSIF contribue à la réalisation de l’objectif du gouvernement qui consiste à accroître la confiance du public envers le système financier canadien.
