Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software Accubid & BlueBeam
- Create and manage project documentation, including requirements management, progress reports, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns
- Lead project meetings to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed
- Implement risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential project risks
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure alignment between project goals and product development

**Experience**:

- Project Management 5 years (required)
- Journeyman License
- Proven experience in managing electrical projects from start to finish
- Proficiency in using project management software such as Bluebeam and Accubid.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of blueprint reading
- Understanding of electrical systems and industry standards
- PMP Certification a plus

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
