Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies - Follow recipes and ensure that all products meet quality standards - Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests - Package baked goods for display or sale - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs Skills: - Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers and fulfill their bakery requests - Experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred - Ability to decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity - Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation - Strong baking skills, including the ability to mix, shape, proof, and bake doughs and batters - Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements and consistent product quality Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. **Salary**: $20.00-$23.93 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
