**Responsibilities**:

- En tant que spécialiste du réapprovisionnement, vous serez une partie intégrale de notre équipe spécialisée qui répond aux besoins des clients clés et essentiels de Tenaquip. Ceci comprend agir de soutient pour notre équipe des ventes internes en traitant toutes les demandes et fournir les services d'inventaire géré par le fournisseur (IGF). Qu'est-ce que tout cela signifie? Vous serez notre personne contact des ventes sur le terrain pour ces clients, en utilisant le logiciel des machines distributrices et scannant l'équipement, répondant aux questions et réapprovisionnant les stocks, au besoin.- En tant que spécialiste du réapprovisionnement, vous serez responsable de ce qui suit:

- Contribuer à la mise sur pied de nouvelles ententes de gestion d’inventaire (organiser les fournitures, créer l’étiquetage, installer les machines distributrices, etc.) chez des clients; la distance à parcourir pour se rendre chez les clients peut parfois excéder une heure;
- Réapprovisionner les fournitures à l’aide d’une machine distributrice automatisée ou par d’autres types d’inventaires gérés par les fournisseurs;
- Fournir un soutien sur place en ce qui a trait aux produits et à l’équipement;
- Agir en tant que liaison du département des ventes de TENAQUIP lorsque vous êtes chez le client;
- Faire le dénombrement des stocks et faire les ajustements lorsque nécessaire;
- Travailler avec le logiciel des machines distributrices et faire le balayage électronique de l’équipement;
- Entretenir les machines distributrices partout au Québec;
- Effectuer un suivi des commandes et produire des soummissions.

- As a Replenishment Specialist you will be apart of a specialized team that caters to the needs of essential and key Tenaquip customers. This includes acting as a support to our inside sales team in answering all requests and providing vendor managed inventory (VMI) services. You may be wondering what this all means; you will be our go to sales liaison on site for these customers by operating the vending machine softwares and scanning equipment, answering any and all questions and replenishing the inventory when needed.

As a Replenishment specialist you will be responsible for:

- Help implement new vendor managed agreements (organizing shop supply room, creating labels, installing vending machines, etc.) at customer sites;
- Replenish shop supplies through an automated dispensing machine or other forms of vendor managed inventory;
- Provide on-site assistance relating to products and equipment;
- Act as TENAQUIP’s sales liaison when on site;
- Perform physical inventory counts and make adjustments when necessary;
- Operate vending machine software and scanning equipment;
- Perform maintenance of vending machines;
- Follow up on sales requests and enter quotes.

**Qualifications**:
