**Overview**
**Duties**
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure it meets specifications.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other team members in a body shop setting to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain an organized stock of all paint, and other tools needed for job.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in automotive painting or related fields is **REQUIRED**.
- Painters license / certification is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Previous experience working in a body shop environment is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.47-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
