**About the Opportunity**:
Due to an exciting period of growth, StandardFusion currently has an opportunity for a **Business Systems Analyst** to join our team in **Vancouver, BC**, on a **full-time basis**.

As our new Business Systems Analyst, you will work in collaboration with the Operations and Engineering teams to help to design, implement and maintain scalable business systems and processes to support a rapidly expanding company. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- **Technical Assistance to internal stakeholders.** Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams within the organization to ensure they can effectively use technology in their operations. This includes troubleshooting, offering technical insights, and ensuring strategies are well-supported by the latest technological solutions.
- ** Website Management and Enhancement**: Monitoring to ensure optimal performance, implementing updates, and making adjustments to enhance user experience and functionality. We strive to keep the website not only operational but also innovative, reflecting the dynamic nature of our business.
- ** Collaboration for Website Optimization**: Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, our role extends to improving the website in ways that specifically support these departments. This includes optimizing the site for lead generation, ensuring the content aligns with marketing campaigns, and enhancing user engagement to support sales strategies.
- ** Automating away toil.** We are a quickly scaling company that is optimizing our processes for the long-term. We are looking for someone who sees repetitive work as a pain point that can solved in a much more efficient — and fun — manner with automation.
