Gravel Crusher Groundman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gravel Crusher Groundman to join our team. As a Gravel Crusher Groundman, you will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of gravel crushing equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate a skid steer.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of gravel crushing equipment
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other equipment
- Monitor and adjust crusher settings
- Ensure safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience operating skid steer
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team

**Skills**:

- Commercial driving
- Mechanical knowledge
- Heavy equipment operation (loader, grader, bulldozer, backhoe)
- Ability to build and pave roads using heavy equipment (Caterpillar)
