**What does a Security Supervisor in Regina do?**
- Control and Manage shift (Supervise and Manage Schedules)
- Appropriate direction given to the guard staff(Provide On the job training and coaching)
- Ensure all shifts duties are completed
- Review all Incidents reports for accuracy and thoroughness
- Ensure appropriate follow-up initiated regarding incidents and site security concern
- Identify training needs or requirement (self/others)
- Perform on-going performance reviews
- Maintain security records
- Perform Security Desk Duties
- Perform other such duties as directed by the client
- Trained on handling of the following areas: Fire, Police and building evacuation.
- Perform site scheduling duties
- Document work deficiencies and assist/plan improvement initiatives
- Inspect the site for Health and Safety compliance.
- To complete monthly reports

**Qualifications to become a Security Supervisor in Regina**
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1-3 years as a Security Supervisor
- First Aid Level C CPR and AED
- Saskatchewan Security Guard License Training Certificate (we can help you get this)
- Clean criminal background check
- Strong computer skills.
- Pass a Drug and Alcohol test
- Customer service oriented.
- Must be able to stand and sit for a long period of time.
- Steel toe boots required
- Ability to work in a stressful environment if incidents occur.
