**CI Support Planner/Parts Specialist**

**KML Windows Inc**., a division of Andersen Corporation, is currently seeking a business partner to join us in the position of CI Support Planner/Parts Specialist.

**Your Role**
- Develop working plans for projects/events including expense/capital estimates, material lists, etc., in consultation with Manufacturing, Engineering and Supervision.
- Schedule and coordinate projects/events and project manage weekly schedule for assigned areas of responsibility.
- Interacts with vendors/suppliers, source and purchase materials/supplies for job/projects including processing of; requisitions, purchase requests, expedites, etc.
- Develop, manage and support spare part & spare parts program for all equipment and facilities as needed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities based on data regarding; work performance, labour, schedule compliance, material usage, project/job results and other metrics pertinent to areas of responsibility.
- Check and verify accuracy of all documentation submitted for requested CI work. Follow up as required to correct any discrepancies.
- Train others in; CI improvement processes through Kaizen, AMS foundations and new hire orientation.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualification and Skill Requirements**
- Technical diploma or degree or equivalent work experience.
- Project management including organizational and prioritization experience and skills.
- Ability to present proposals/concepts to key stakeholders/leaders/customers; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must possess the ability to self-manage, and to influence internal/external resources to meet objectives and targets.
- Strong teamwork and the ability to build relationships with all levels throughout the organization and including external resources/customers.
- Analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to take simple designs and through Cad, create working drawings and cut lists as required.
- Understanding of current technologies, “best practice” business processes, and project methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer proficient.
