**Account Specialist / Site Lead**

BC Clinical & Support Services

Vancouver, BC

Within the context of a client centred model of care, the Account Specialist/Site Lead supervises the site workgroup and acts as the main customer interface to clients at the site. Recognizes and offers various document solutions that meet each client’s needs and resolves all escalated customer inquiries and concerns. Ensures all Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met and leads designated staff to ensure Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) standards, visual identity, and customer requirements are met. Utilizes current billing system software and processes, and operates current reprographic, bindery, and finishing equipment as required.

**What you’ll do**
- Supervises designated staff by performing duties such as scheduling and coordinating work assignments, evaluating employee performance, and determining related training and orientation requirements.
- Acts as primary point of customer contact to oversee customer relations and act proactively on any issues. Resolves all escalated customer inquiries/concerns by gathering all pertinent information, making a decision, and professionally responding to the customer on how the concern will be handled. Follows up as necessary.
- Processes external vendor project orders by identifying requirements with user department, submitting project specifications to vendors, receiving quotes on price and timeline, and making recommendations to Manager for decision-making purposes.
- Utilizes the department’s billing system to monitors expenditures and make recommendations regarding budget. Costs printing jobs and prepares billings for printing services as required.
- Leads designated staff to ensure standards for VCH visual identity are met while taking into account customer requirements and requests.
- Works to achieve organization’s business service goals for site revenue, profit, account growth, and customer satisfaction processes by monitoring output statistics and observing the service level agreement. Following up with the Manager as necessary.
- Operates various reprographic, bindery and finishing equipment as required.
- Performs other related duties as required.

**What you bring**

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 10 plus three (3) years’ recent, related experience, supplemented with one (1) year’s supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
