**Responsibilities**:
- ½ working on the tools, ½ managing staff in the field/logistics (work weeks duties may vary depending on company needs)
- Troubleshooting/service calls (typically jobs 1-4 hours long)
- Responsible for field electrician staff
- Teaching/orienting staff
- Worksite visits
- Quality control/enforcing company and code standards
- Procurement/organisation of materials, parts, and equipment
- Distribution of materials, features, and equipment
- Check van stock/restock, take out extra unused materials, and re-distribute or return them to the wholesaler
- Document existing shop inventory, and ensure it gets used up
- Fleet servicing/ maintenance and cleanup (take to facilities)
- Follow up on customer complaints and resolve
- Backup electrician to help finish a job running behind schedule if needed
- Any additional duties required by us to ensure operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong experience in residential or commercial renovations, troubleshooting, and service work.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Ability to use work-related computer programs (will train)
- Familiarity with the CSA electrical code
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Electrician Journeyman license with 6+ years experience minimum
- FSR license is an asset but not required
- Must be willing to undergo criminal record and driving record check
