Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ground maintenance
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Painting, sanding, cleaning etac units and checking smoke detectors
- Operates, troubleshoots, inspects, assesses and performs general repairs that do not require a trade certification.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

Pay: $16.55-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
