**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare shipments for outgoing orders according to company procedures and shipping regulations.
- Verify the accuracy of shipping documents, including packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking and packing of orders.
- Communicate effectively with carriers and freight forwarders to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to resolve shipping-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment (at least 2 years’ experience).
- Proficiency in using shipping software and systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
