Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
- Collect and analyze patient data to develop treatment plans
- Provide ongoing psychiatric care and treatment to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay current with advancements in psychiatric research and treatment methods
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and psychiatric disorders
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children is preferred, but not required
