**Supervisor: Supervisor, Production**

**1. Purpose of the position**

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Production, the incumbent performs production operations based on precise instructions in accordance with good manufacturing practices, procedures and safety instructions.

**2. Main functions**

WASHING AND DRYING EQUIPMENT PARTS
- Wash and dry production equipment parts (manufacturing and packaging)
- Tidy up the parts suitable for manufacturing and packaging
- Wash the premises (laundry rooms)

PREPARATION OF SOLUTIONS
- Prepares the solutions required in manufacturing and packaging

BPF and HSE
- Performs its work in compliance with current GMP and HSE standards, policies and procedures
- Is responsible for declaring any quality / HSE event to its manager
- Escalate issues and suggest improvements

OTHER TASKS
- Performs the work of the packaging operator (end of the line) when the washing volume is less
- Attends meetings for both manufacturing and packaging
- Can ensure inputs into production management systems
- Informs the team leader and / or manager of any problems encountered
- Ensures the availability of the equipment necessary for the performance of its tasks
- Get involved in teamwork and participate in the development of new working methods for washing equipment
- Is responsible for maintaining his technical qualifications and his knowledge of the methods and procedures in force.
- Performs any other related task at the request of his manager

**3. Knowledge and skills required**:
a) Required training

Secondary V or equivalent, DEP or DEC

b) Languages

French

English an asset

c) Special experience and knowledge

Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as an operator

d) Specific technical skills

Technical knowledge of processes / products

Knowledge of production tools
