**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to caller requests and solve problems.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Provide information on hotel charges and amenities.
- Stay calm in stressful situations.
- Interact with guests and communicate using the telephone and computer systems.

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chemainus, BC V0R 1K5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
