Food & Beverage Supervisor
- **Job Tasks Include(but not limited too)**:_
- All tasks related to a Member Lounge Server (acknowledges guests, distributes menus, takes orders, enters in POS system, serve meals, remove dishes etc)

**In addition, too**:

- Assist with counting monthly inventory of food and beverages
- Processes orders for Coca-Cola & Beer Deliveries
- Lead team through successful and smooth lunch and dinner services
- Answer inquires from guests and staff, solves concerns that arise and act as a liaison between staff and the Head Chef
- Create & print posters with daily food & beverage specials
- Keep tables, dining room and bus station areas clean. Sweeping, vacuuming, dusting
- Performs opening/closing duties as assigned by the Manager including locking/unlocking and alarm the building
- Follows Health, Food Safe and Liquor Service guidelines

**Experience**:
Must have at least one year supervisory experience, food and beverage sector is preferred. Must be Smart Serve Certified. Must be able to stand for long periods, bend and carry items as well as lift up to 25lbs.

**Pay**:$18.00/hour + gratuities

**Start date**: ASAP

**Job Type**: Full Time Seasonal (April to November) + Potential for November/December Holiday Parties

**Reports to**: Manager of Food, Beverage & Event Services

**Transportation**: West Haven is not located on a bus route. Employees must have their own reliable transportation.

**Schedule**: Requires full availability - days(especially Tuesday and Thursdays), evenings, weekends and holidays
