AGLC owns several Warehouses for storage and operations of Liquor, Gaming & Cannabis as well as several office locations across the province, including a five-story office building. Situational leadership is required to engage and develop personnel by providing clear expectations and goal setting, mentoring and coaching, providing timely feedback and executing performance evaluation and management in alignment with the need to manage aging infrastructure, maintain a safe working environment, manage frequently changing operations, and the requirement to update systems in compliance with a demanding regulatory framework.
