We are boot-strapping a lifestyle clthing business here in Nova Scotia that will create logo-branded merchadise to sell on-line and through retailers. This is a job of passion for the investors and they are looking for someone to help them set it up and run it.

This is a boot-strap, so understanding how to bring a concept out of the ground is a key skill and there is the opportunity to share in profits if it works.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to bring the logo clothing concept to reality
- Set up channels with producers of the product and work with them to ensure the product meets quality standards
- Identify and establish partnerships with possible online and retail outlets to sell the clothing
- Manage the overall production process, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and its products
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including hiring and managing staff

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the clothing industry
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of web retail and e-commerce platforms
- Familiarity with Etsy and other online marketplaces
- Knowledge of the production of logo-based clothing and materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate independently and take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Casual
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $58,334.00-$65,110.00 per year
