**TITLE: QA Documentation Admin Support**

**REPORTING TO: Director of Quality Operations**

**LOCATION: Hawkesbury, Ontario**

For over 70 years, Montebello has been a leader in the manufacturing of aluminum tubes in North America. Our four production facilities, located in Hawkesbury, ON, Lachine, QC, Lebanon, KY, and Harrisonburg, VA, enable us to provide a range of high-quality products, including aluminum and laminate plastic tubes, aluminum aerosol cans, and custom plastic and aluminum packaging components. Customers benefit from our knowledgeable sales force, flexible run sizes, in-house graphics department, and responsive customer service support.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**:

- Support in organizing archival systems
- Maintaining electronic documents folders and their contents, for clarity and ease of use
- Retrieving documents upon request
- Collaborate with the Engineering department for storage and maintenance of documents in the electronic vault.
- Support documentation upkeep associated to regulatory requirements
- Work with colleagues to ensure consistency of quality documentation practice across the company
- Support the training functions across the company by ensuring documents are introduced, updated, and kept in the Documents Management platform.
- Maintain the Documents Management platform
- Assist with both internal and external audits documentation requests
- Ensure documentation integrity
- Control access to documents

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Great organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication

**QUALIFICATIONS (education & experience)**
- High School diploma or relevant equivalent certification
- Must speak and write in French and English
- Proven work experience in documents management or similar clerical role is an asset
- Experience in regulated or ISO environments documentation is an asset
