Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Manager to oversee our aquatic facility. As the Aquatics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Educate and enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all swimmers
- Supervise and train lifeguards, swim instructors, and other aquatic staff
- Develop and implement swim lesson programs for all ages and skill levels
- Coordinate and schedule pool activities, events, and rentals
- Maintain pool cleanliness and chemical balance in accordance with health department regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment and facilities
- Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the aquatic facility

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety, and lifeguarding practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
- Ability to lead a team and provide guidance in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills to manage schedules, programs, and facility maintenance
- Problem-solving skills to address issues or emergencies that may arise

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
