Crew Lead Carpenter

Braun Custom Builds is growing and looking for a full-time Crew leader who excels in carpentry and has a vast knowledge in residential construction. Our company is focused on high quality and professional renovations, additions, and new builds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Measuring and layout of pier footings, walls, trusses and floor systems.
- Installation and layout of decks and railings
- General framing and rough carpentry
- Finished Carpentry such as - Baseboard and casing installation, prepping and hanging of interior doors, Kitchen and millwork installation, trim and molding details, wood ceiling installation.
- Installation of windows and doors
- Flooring installation
- Siding set up, layout and installation
- Ensuring site safety
- Inventory management
- Ability to assist sub trades as required
- Ability to manage 1-3 crew members

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $30.00-$37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
