**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. As the COO of Headstart, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving operational excellence. You will oversee various departments, streamline processes, and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth startup and make a significant impact on the future of talent acquisition.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute Headstart's operational strategies, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives.

Drive operational efficiency and excellence by establishing and improving processes, systems, and workflows.

Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's long-term vision, goals, and growth strategies.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure operational success.

Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of company resources.

Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, alliances, and potential acquisitions to support Headstart's growth initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, investors, and the board of directors, providing regular updates on operational performance.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar senior leadership role within a fast-paced, technology-driven startup environment.

Strong business acumen with a track record of successfully scaling and growing organizations.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Demonstrated expertise in operational optimization, process improvement, and organizational design.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational excellence and driving measurable outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
