**Job Description** Finishing Carpenter**

Be a key part in the upkeep of our luxury property through preventative maintenance, finishing and repairing hotel physical plant, furnishings, fixtures and equipment.

**Starting Pay Rate**: $28.90 per hour

**Job Duties Include**:

- Complete refinishing, preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of all hotel furniture
- Painting, mixing and colour matching of stains
- Developing a preventative maintenance program for all trim of the hotel

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of formwork and steel stud farming
- Knowledge of latex & oil based paints, experience in colour-matching custom stains
- Experience with tablesaws, mitresaws, routers and planers
