We are currently hiring labourers to work as a part of our team. The labourer performs a wide range of tasks including shop housekeeping activities, routine maintenance, and operation of equipment and tools used on site for various jobs and in the production of aggregate materials.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Digging holes and trenches for septic system installations
- Operating equipment (including but not limited to: roller packers, 5 ton Mini Excavator, Skid Steer, etc.) and tools
- General site preparation and clean-up as directed
- Handle and distribute construction materials, as well as safely loading and unloading vehicles with supplies and equipment as directed
- Physical abilities including long periods of standing, lifting, working at heights
- Set up traffic control as directed
- Knowledge of crushers, screening plants, conveyors, loaders, equipment considered an asset
- Transit/Laser knowledge and experience an asset
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A valid Driver’s license (required)
- Clean drivers abstract
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Always maintain high level of safety
- Able to work in a fast paced, high production environment
- Willing to work overtime and shifts when needed (including Saturdays)
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times, especially when handling stressful situations
- Able to work unsupervised, motivated to complete all tasks
- Able to communicate, and work well with others in a team environment
- Maintain a professional attitude at all times, especially when handling stressful situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
