We are currently seeking a Digital Project Mgr. Senior Consultant to join our team in Burnaby, BC, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) The Project Manager will:

- Develop/manage project plans (budget, schedule, risks, issues, etc.) in collaboration with Program Manager
- Facilitate/coordinate project communications
- Maintain and update program status, project status reports and dashboards as required
- Develop project charters, business cases, options analyses and evaluation plans
- Identify and manage organizational change requirements for the project, working with the Clinical Leads
- Work collaboratively with the Product Lead(s) to align product tasks from the project plan into Sprints.
- Manage project scope change processes, and acquire approvals
- Manage Project Team performance of project tasks
- Control, track and report on the execution of the project plan and day-to-day aspects of the project
- Control, track and report on project financials (budgeted, planned and spent)
- Control, track and report on current and forecast resource usage
- Control, track and report on issues and risks identified for the project
- Escalate significant issues that cannot be resolved by the Project Team
- Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor, Clinical Architect and relevant stakeholders
- Schedule and chair Project Team meetings, workshops etc.
- Transition project deliverables to Operations (Production Turnover/PTO)
- Submit regular status reports to the PMO, Program Management and Program Steering Committee
- Perform project management processes as per PMO standards
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)**
- 10+ years managing large, complex Healthcare IT projects.
- Experience working in cross functional matrixed environments.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office toolsets (Word, Excel, Visio, Project).
- Experience in thoroughly integrating change management and process improvement principles into own project management style.
- Working knowledge and experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project management concepts, practices, and deliverables.
- Experience developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Experience defining scope as well as verifying and controlling scope throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Possession of a project management professional (PMP) designation or equivalent.

**Nice to Have; (But not a must)**
- Experience working within the BC Health Sector
- Experience leading or supervising teams in large scale implementation projects
