- Le CIUSSS de l’Ouest-de-l’Île-de-Montréal est à la recherche d’un(e) psychologue en santé du travail - volet prévention pour combler un poste permanent au sein de la Direction des ressources humaines et des affaires juridiques. L’emploi est basé à l’Hôpital Sainte-Anne et nécessite des déplacements sur le territoire de desserte du CIUSSS.- Horaire : lundi au vendredi, 8h à 16h (flexible), avec possibilité d’un mode de travail hybride
- Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez appelé(e) à:
- Coordonner des programmes et des initiatives en matière de santé psychologique au travail, comme des ateliers de gestion du stress ou des campagnes de sensibilisation sur la sécurité psychologique au travail;
- Développer des outils de formation et d’information appropriés pour permettre l’amélioration des conditions de santé psychologique au travail et une meilleure prise en charge de la prévention par les travailleurs et les gestionnaires;
- Intervenir auprès des employés en cas de crise, comme par exemple suite à un accident grave ou une situation traumatique, en évaluant le fonctionnement psychologique et mental, recommandant des traitements dans le but de favoriser la santé psychologique et en référant à un professionnel de la santé le cas échéant;
- Collaborer avec le service aux cadres et développement du personnel pour assurer un suivi sur la formation des cadres et des employés afin d'assurer la prise en charge de la santé et sécurité au travail par le milieu;
- Travailler en collaboration avec le bureau du respect de la personne pour assurer un environnement de travail sain en lien avec la santé psychologique au travail et offrir des conseils aux gestionnaire sur la façon de gérer des situations au travail;
- Mettre à jour et assurer la formation continue du programme de soutien psychosocial pour les employés (pairs-aidants et veilleurs) de l’organisation;
- Participer, comme représentant(e) du SPPS, à certains comités paritaires de santé et sécurité au travail;
- Collaborer aux efforts de l'équipe de gestion des invalidités pour diminuer les coûts en assurance salaire et CNESST en lien avec les troubles psychologiques;
- Écouter des besoins des clients internes et y répondre, en contribuant avec diligence et professionnalisme à la résolution de toute problématique ou préoccupation en s'assurant que la solution répond aux besoins.

- Requirements :- Détient un diplôme universitaire de troisième cycle (doctorat) en psychologie*;
- Est inscrit à titre de psychologue au Tableau de l’Ordre professionnel des psychologues du Québec;
- Connaît les lois et règlements régissant la santé et la sécurité du travail, des conventions collectives, du répertoire des conditions de travail;
- Détient une formation en intervention suite à une situation post-traumatique un atout;
- Détient de solides aptitudes à la communication en français, à l'oral et à l'écrit;
- Détient un permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule pour les déplacements (kilométrage remboursé)
